Russians conduct raids to intimidate locals into getting Russian passports in the Kherson region

In the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, Russians are conducting raids to intimidate locals and force them to get a Russian passport.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

Russians threaten Ukrainians with possible deportation.

In particular, they bring a convoy of empty buses to the settlement, accompanied by FSB representatives, who set conditions for the locals: either to give up their Ukrainian passports in favour of a Russian one, or to be immediately evicted with confiscation of property.

It will be recalled that on April 27, Vladimir Putin signed a decree allowing the deportation of Ukrainians from the temporarily occupied territories.
