Russians carry out filtration measures against the population in Novotroitske, Kherson region

According to the General Staff, this applies to those who worked in Ukrainian state institutions and refused to cooperate with the Russian occupation administration and go to work. 

The Russian military also threatens that those who do not receive Russian passports by March will automatically be subject to filtration measures. 

In particular, in the settlements of Hromivka, Chaplynka, Mala Kardashynka, Zelene, Chulakivka and Novovolodymyrivka in the Kherson region, the Russian military conduct daily searches, outrages and robberies of residents. The Russians also steal household appliances, phones, and all valuables.
