Russians banned residents from leaving temporarily occupied Starobilsk in the Luhansk region during the pseudo-referendum, reported the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The so-called occupation "authorities" are creating armed groups to go around the houses and force people to participate in the pseudo-referendum. 

Russians are strengthening administrative and police regime in the temporarily occupied Kherson 

The temporary occupation authorities are trying to obtain personal data of the residents of the region under the pretext of quality distribution of humanitarian aid.

Russians are preparing for a pseudo-referendum and trying to create so-called "election commissions".
