Russians attack the centre of Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region

11 people were wounded, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov. Five cars were destroyed and damaged in the city, the Nova Poshta post office was damaged, and several fires broke out.  

A 35-year-old emergency medical worker was injured while providing aid.
