Russians are suspending a number of illegal projects in temporarily occupied Sevastopol (Aqyar) — the Crimean Reintegration Association

In particular, it is about the creation of a railway bypass of the İnkerman Monastery of St. Clement and the construction of a power transmission line from Sevastopol to Alupka.

The Association notes that the creation of a railway bypass of the St. Clement's Monastery involves the demolition of the stadium and a number of housing estates in Sevastopol. And the construction of the power transmission line will lead to cutting down more than a million trees.

The Association also notes that the statement about the fake "construction of a new city" on the Russian-occupied Arabat Spit has a similar nature.

Russians explain these decisions by the fact that "unilateral sanctions dramatically increased their cost."
