Russians appointed their so-called "director" on the Carılğaç (Dzharylhach) Island

The occupation authorities have appointed a so-called "director" on the Carılğaç Island and allowed hunting there.

Animal rights organisation UAnimals reported this.

Russians also plan to allow fishing, mining, quarrying, construction, passenger water transport, excursions, and restaurant services.
