Russian troops fill in two-thirds of the Kalmius River in Donetsk region

Russians destroyed part of the Kalmius riverbed in order to build a crossing.

Petro Andriushchenko, an advisor to the Mayor of Mariupol, reported this.

This has disrupted the ecosystem of the Pryazovia region and the Sea of Azov, and jellyfish can be seen in the river in October.

"Two-thirds of the Kalmius riverbed has been filled in to build the bridge. This means three times less fresh water flowing into the Sea of Azov. Simply so that Putin can send KAMAZ trucks online," Andriushchenko wrote.

Russian army has completely destroyed the natural flow of the Kalchik River in order to build two more bridges across it.
