Russian troops attacked a number of Ukrainian regions over the past day. Russians used UAVs at night

The Air Force shot down 15 of 20 Shahed attack drones. Air defences were operating in the Kyiv, Poltava and Cherkasy regions.

Kyiv region: an infrastructure facility in one of the districts was damaged due to the attack. A fire broke out at the site and has been extinguished. There were no casualties.

Cherkasy region: UAV fragments damaged five houses. There were no casualties.

Donetsk region: Russian troops attacked Krasnohorivka, Zoriane, Kostiantynivka, Novohrodivka, Kurakhove, Hostre, Avdiivka and Torske. Multi-storey buildings, administrative buildings and non-residential premises were damaged. Two people were injured.

Kharkiv region: Kozacha Lopan, Ogirtseve, Gatyshche, Pletenivka, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka and Tabaivka were under attack by Russian troops. There were no casualties.

Sumy region: on November 18, Russians shelled the border areas and localities of the region 25 times. 189 explosions were recorded. At night and in the morning, Russians fired six times at the border. 20 explosions were recorded. Two people got injured as a result of one of the shelling.

Chernihiv region: Russian troops shelled three border communities overnight.

Mykolaiv region: the Russian army launched an artillery attack on Ochakiv. There were no casualties.

Kherson region: the Russian military carried out 71 attacks, firing 389 shells. Residential areas and the territory of an agricultural enterprise were hit.

Dnipropetrovsk region: Russians attacked Nikopol three times with kamikaze drones and shelled the Marhanets community with heavy artillery. At night, they attacked the Chervonohryhorivka community. There were no casualties.

Zaporizhzhia region: Russian troops conducted 132 strikes in 25 settlements. There are 20 reports of the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure. There were no casualties.
