Russian shelling injures a 12-year-old child in the Dnipropetrovsk region

The Russian army attacked Ukraine with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles, two X-59 guided missiles, and four Shahed combat drones. The Air Force reported shooting down all the X-59 missiles and drones in the Odesa, Kherson, and Kirovohrad regions. 

In the Kharkiv region, bordering Russia to the east, the Russians shelled Kupiansk and Hlushkivka. The shelling damaged a car. There were no casualties.

In the Sumy region, bordering Russia to the north, the Russians conducted 49 attacks on the communities of Sumy, Khotin, Yunakivka, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Hlukhiv, Vorozhba, Nova Sloboda, Esman, and Seredyna-Buda. There were no casualties. 

In the Donetsk region, partially occupied since 2014 and located on the frontline, the Russian army attacked Kurakhove, Lyman, Mykolaivka, Novohrodivka, Toretsk, Novoekonomichne, Bohoiavlenka, Mykhailivka, Orlivka, Pleshchiivka, Promin, and Uspenivka. The shelling killed two people and wounded four others. In addition, one person got injured in the Antonivka village of the Mariinka community the day before. Six residential buildings, an enterprise and a car were damaged.

In the Chernihiv region, bordering Belarus and Russia to the north, the Russians shelled the Snovsk community. Border guards recorded seven explosions. There were no casualties.

In the Kherson region, partially occupied since 2022, the Russian army shelled Kherson, Romashkove, Kizomys, Mykhailivka, Novoberyslav, Chornobaivka, Stanislav, Antonivka, Kachkarivka, Veletenske, Tiahynka, Lvove, Oleksandrivka, Kalynivske, Blahodativka, Prydniprovske, and Sadove. A critical infrastructure facility, an educational institution, administrative buildings, a catering facility, nine multi-storey buildings, 11 private houses, a gas pipeline, outbuildings, and cars were damaged. Eight people were injured in the shelling. 

In the Mykolaiv region in the south of Ukraine, the Russians attacked the community of Kutsurub. There were no casualties.

In the Zaporizhzhia region in the south of Ukraine, partially occupied since 2022, the Russians launched 507 attacks on settlements: Lobkove, Piatykhatky, Malynivka, Novoandriivka, Huliaipole, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Levadne, Stepnohirsk, Pryiutne and Myrne. There were six reports of destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure. There were no casualties. 

In the Luhansk region, almost completely occupied by Russia, the Russian army attacked Nevske and Makiivka. The shelling damaged two houses. There were no casualties.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region in south-central Ukraine, the Russians shelled Nikopol and the communities of Pokrovske and Myrove. A multi-storey building, three private houses, a garage, three outbuildings, infrastructure, a utility company, a car, power lines, 12 solar panels and a private house were damaged. Three people, including a 12-year-old child, were wounded in the shelling.
