Russian propagandist Anton Krasovsky was probably poisoned

The former head of the Russian-language editorial office of the Russia Today propaganda channel has been admitted to hospital. Ukrainian intelligence claims that Krasovsky was poisoned.

This was reported by the Ukrainian media outlet hromadske, citing its own sources in the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.

The journalists' source did not comment on the possible involvement of the MID in the incident.

The Russian propagandist himself said on his Telegram channel that earlier in the week he had "stomachache, started to feel sick" and then fainted. The man was taken to a hospital.

"I'm slowly coming back to my senses. Thank you all for your care," Krasovsky wrote.

It will be recalled that in February 2023, Ukraine convicted Krasovsky in absentia and found him guilty of calling for genocide and violent change of the constitutional order.

They (Ukrainians - ed.) are not our brothers. I grew up there, I know what I'm saying. Kill them! Let's do it! Enough is enough!

said Anton Krasovsky.

In August this year, the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine announced a new case against Krasovsky for his calls to "drown and burn Ukrainian children".
