Russian occupation authorities restrict the supply of all types of medicines to pharmacies in the temporarily occupied Skadovsk in the Kherson region

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine report a humanitarian crisis is brewing in the city due to an increase in the shortage of medicines. 

The Russians also continue to use educational institutions of the temporarily occupied territories for their own purposes, including setting up their military facilities there.

In addition, the Russians deploy personnel in the buildings of educational institutions and force the teaching staff to continue the educational process with the compulsory attendance of children.
