Russian nuclear deterrence forces are allegedly 92% equipped — Putin

During his address to the Federal Assembly, the Russian President says that most of the forces are equipped with allegedly modern systems. Russia will allegedly continue to introduce modern technology for the army and navy development. 

Vladimir Putin also announced the so-called "restoration of the temporarily occupied territories". 

This refers to the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions. 

According to him, a "large-scale program of socio-economic recovery of these territories" is allegedly underway.

In particular, the Russian President announced that Russia was suspending its participation in the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty. This is the last arms control treaty between the United States and Russia. The document was signed for 10 years in Prague in the spring of 2010. The United States extended it on February 3, 2021.
