Russian missile strike on Ukraine on December 31 targeted residential areas — Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba

The Foreign Minister once again stressed the need to expel Russia from the UN Security Council. 

"This time Russia's massive missile attack is deliberately aimed at residential areas, not at our energy infrastructure. War criminal Putin "celebrates" the New Year by killing people. Russia must be expelled from the UN Security Council seat it has always illegally occupied," Kuleba wrote.
