Russian militaries block evacuation from the temporarily occupied Kherson region to the territory controlled by Ukraine

Russians create all kinds of obstacles: they demand licenses from carriers, apply the procedure of fingerprinting, and check all documents, phones, cars, etc.

It takes a month for the same number of people to leave, as they could depart during one or two days before. Nevertheless, more than 1.3 thousand people have evacuated from the Kherson region.
