Russian hackers attacked the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency

Russian hackers have attacked the website of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom) for the second time this month.

This was reported by the Finnish public broadcaster.

According to the agency, the attack was carried out by a Russian-based group called NoName 057(16), which made similar attacks on websites in Finland. As a result, access to the agency's website was unavailable.

Traficom said it would file a criminal report with police about the incident.

Traficom's cyber security centre website was hit by a DoS attack on 7 September, with the NoName group later claiming responsibility.
