Russian authorities want to passport all teenagers in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region by October 1
The occupation authorities of the temporarily occupied Luhansk region have been tasked with passporting all teenagers aged 14 to 18 by October 1.
The Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysohor, reported this.
"Children are offered free vacations for obtaining a Russian passport and threatened with not being allowed to study, and parents are threatened with the termination of social benefits," the Head of the Regional Military Administration said.
According to Lysohor, so-called "observers" from Russia have already arrived in the occupied territories to monitor the implementation of these measures.
It will be recalled that the Russian authorities continue to put pressure on the civilian population in the temporarily occupied territories. For example, in Lazurne, Kherson region, and Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region, people without Russian passports are denied medical care and medication.
