After withdrawing its forces from the right bank of the Dnipro River, Russian troops continue to prioritize refitting, reorganizing, and preparing defenses in most areas of Ukraine.

Units of the Russian army have constructed new trench systems near the temporarily occupied Crimea, as well as near the Siverskyi Donets River between the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
