Russia uses old Ukrainian missiles against Ukraine

These missiles were part of a weapons cache that Ukraine transferred to Russia in the 1990s as part of an international agreement aimed at ensuring Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. These missiles include, in particular, the Kh-55 subsonic cruise missiles developed in the 1970s with a nuclear warhead.

The Russians remove the warhead from these missiles and add ballast to disguise the fact that the rocket is not carrying a payload.
