Russia shelled Kharkiv region with 24 guided bombs on July 26
On the night of July 27, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with a guided X-59/X-69 guided missile and four Shahed attack drones. The air defense systems destroyed all the targets in the Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Kharkiv, and Kyiv regions.
In the Kharkiv region, bordering Russia in the east of Ukraine, the Russians launched strikes with 24 guided bombs, four attack drones, and one missile targeting Ivashky, Kupiansk, Hlushkivka, Kozacha Lopan, Bohuslavka, and Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi. Private houses and vehicles were damaged. Grass fires broke out in four settlements due to the shelling. The regional military administration reports no casualties.
In the Donetsk region, located on the frontline in the east of Ukraine and partially occupied since 2014, the Russian army launched 2,753 strikes on Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Novohrodivka, Toretsk, Ukrainsk, Novoeconomichne, Lysyivka, Mykolaivka, and Predtechyne. 22 residential buildings, a business, administrative buildings, a shop, vehicles, and gas pipelines were damaged. Three people were injured.
In the Luhansk region, almost completely occupied by Russia, the Russian army struck Nevske and Makiivka with artillery. Private houses were destroyed. The regional military administration reports no casualties.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, south-central Ukraine, the Russians shelled the Nikopol, Pokrovske, Marhanets, Myrove, and Chervonohryhorivka communities. One person was injured.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, partially occupied since 2022, the Russian army launched 408 strikes on Lobkove, Kamianske, Lezhyne, Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Novodanylivka, Malynivka, and Levadne. 50 private houses were destroyed. The regional military administration reports no casualties.
In the Kherson region, partially occupied since 2022, the Russians shelled Burhunka, Osokorivka, Mykilske, Ponativka, Lvove, Beryslav, Sadove, Odradokamianka, Fedorivka, Tiahynka, Prydniprovsk, Zelenivka, Antonivka, Chornobaivka, Novoolaksandrivka, Osokorivka, Dniprovsk, and Kherson. A sports complex, an apartment building, and three private houses were damaged, along with car washes, a lock-up, buses, and private vehicles. Russians attacked an ambulance with a drone in Beryslav, injuring the driver. In other settlements, seven people were injured.
In the Poltava region, central Ukraine, the Russians shelled an industrial facility with a combat drone. The regional military administration reports no casualties.
In the Chernihiv region, bordering Belarus and Russia to the north, the Russians shelled the Snovske, Semenivka communities. No casualties were reported.
In the Sumy region, bordering Russia to the north, the Russians shelled the communities of Yunakivka, Myropillia, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Vorozhba, and Velyka Pysarivka. The regional military administration reports no casualties.
