Russia seeks to deport residents of the Kherson region to the left bank of the Dnipro river

The so-called "head" of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo announced the "organised relocation" of civilians to the left bank of the Dnipro River and said that those evacuated to Russia would allegedly be given housing certificates.
