Russia reported that it does not guarantee the safety of ships in the "Grain Corridor" — the Russian Ministry of Defence

According to the Russians, "it is out of the question" to guarantee the safety of ships moving through the "grain corridor".

They demand that Ukraine should undertake "not to use this route for military purposes", and they note that Russia "as the main participant of these agreements does not withdraw from them, but terminates them".

The Russian Ministry of Defence reports that the movement of ships through the "corridor" is unacceptable because the Ukrainian leadership and command of the Armed Forces allegedly "use it to conduct hostilities against the Russian Federation".
