~Russia illegally detains 25,000 Kremlin prisoners
During the full-scale invasion, the National Police began investigating the enforced disappearance of 8,800 people. Russian Children's Ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova claims Russia has illegally abducted over 700,000 children from Ukraine.
The Media Initiative for Human Rights has identified about one hundred places where abducted civilians are held.
The Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (Qırım) confirms 209 illegally imprisoned Ukrainian citizens, 126 of whom are Qırımtatarlar.
During the full-scale war, 3,135 Ukrainian citizens were returned to Ukraine, including 150 civilians.
Iryna Navalna, a Ukrainian woman from Mariupol, is on trial in Russia for an 'attempted terrorist attack' during the so-called referendum on joining Russia.

Iryna was detained on September 27, 2022, in the temporarily occupied city of Mariupol and sent to the Donetsk pre-trial detention centre. She was accused of allegedly trying to blow up the Prymorska administration building in Mariupol, where the Russians held the so-called referendum on accession to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine in September 2022.
In September 2023, she was taken to Rostov and held in pre-trial detention. In November, the 'court' began to 'consider' Iryna's case. The second hearing took place on May 16. She pleaded not guilty and faces up to 20 years' imprisonment for the 'terrorist attack'.
Her father is a military officer. He is in Russian captivity. He was one of the defenders of Azovstal.
Crimean artist and Kremlin prisoner Bohdan Ziza has not been out of touch for three months

In May 2022, Bohdan was arrested for throwing blue and yellow paint on the Russian 'administration building in Yevpatoriia (Kezlev).
On June 6, 2023, the Russian Southern District Military Court of Rostov-on-Don sentenced Bohdan Ziza to 15 years in a general regime colony. He was sent to a penal colony in the city of Perm.
Crimean Tatar prisoner of the Kremlin Rustem Osmanov tortured in prison

Rustem has been held in a punishment isolation cell in the colony in the city of Donskoy in the Tula region for more than three weeks. Colony guards regularly beat him severely and threatened to kill him.
In August 2023, Rustem Osmanov was sentenced to 6 years' imprisonment by the Bilohirsk District Court in Crimea for alleged participation in the Noman Çelebicihan battalion. The Noman Çelebicihann Battalion is a Crimean Tatar volunteer armed formation formed in the Kherson region in 2016 and is part of the Ukrainian Defence Forces. Russia has declared the battalion a 'terrorist organisation'.
Crimean Mykola Onuka sentenced for alleged involvement in the Yellow Ribbon movement

Mykola Onuka was detained in August 2023. During the search, they allegedly found files with various Ukrainian attributes similar to those distributed by the Yellow Ribbon movement in the cities of Ukraine temporarily occupied by Russia. In January 2024, Russian propagandists claimed that he was an agent of the Ukrainian Information and Psychological Operations Centre, against whom a criminal case was opened.
In May 2024, he was found guilty of 'desecration of Russian state symbols, vandalism and possession of an explosive device' and sentenced to five years' imprisonment in a general regime colony and a fine of 50,000 rubles (about $552 — ed.).
Two people have been arrested in Crimea for allegedly 'trying to blow up the railway track in Leninsky district'

According to the group, the man was born in 1999 and the woman in 2000. They are accused of transmitting data on the movement of Russian troops and equipment, as well as the coordinates of fuel and energy facilities in Crimea.
A criminal case was opened against them under the articles 'Terrorist Act' and 'Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, explosives or explosive devices by a group of persons'. They were both detained.
Serhii Tsyhipa from Nova Kakhovka was transferred from the temporarily occupied Crimea to the Ryazan region

The FSB reported that he was detained for allegedly "preparing to blow up a car at the request of the SSU (Security Service of Ukraine — ed.)". He is being held in a pre-trial detention centre in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
Volodymyr Ananiev is a public figure in Crimea. He has been involved in legal and journalistic activities, has actively participated in land reform and defended the rights of landowners. He has always supported the believers of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
Kremlin prisoner Server Zekiriav has been held in a punishment cell for more than a year, refusing to be transferred to a colony near Crimea.
His wife Zarema reported this.
Server was arrested in Crimea in 2017 for allegedly being a member of the Islamic political party Hizb ut-Tahrir. This party has been banned in Russia since 2003. Its activities are not restricted in Ukraine.
On September 16, 2020, Server Zekiriav was convicted by the Southern District Military "court" in Rostov-on-Don for alleged participation in this party. He is held in a penal colony in the Tula region.
Since September 2022, he has been regularly placed in a punishment cell. For over a year and a half, his family has been denied visits from Server.
