Russia has stopped supplying oil to Poland — Daniel Obajtek, Chief Executive Officer of the Polish oil company PKN ORLEN

"Russia has stopped supplying oil to Poland — we were fully prepared for this. However, only 10% of the raw materials came from Russia. It will be replaced by oil from other directions," Obajtek wrote

As a reminder, in December 2022, the EU Council approved a decision to cap the price of Russian oil at $60 per barrel. In response, Russia said it would stop supplying oil to countries that imposed a price embargo.

In January 2023, the price of Russian oil fell to its lowest level since 2020.
