"Only one recent massive strike against Ukraine has affected more than 20 million people. As a result, cities with millions of inhabitants and most Ukrainian regions were left completely without electricity," the Head of State emphasised.

The President urged world leaders to supply air defence systems, armoured vehicles, tanks, RBS-98 anti-aircraft missile systems, fighter aircrafts and other weapons.
