Romanian Defence Ministry condemns Russian attack on the Odesa region

The Romanian Ministry of Defence has condemned the Russian attack on the Odesa region on September 26.
The Ministry of Defence published this statement on its Facebook page.
The Ministry was monitoring the air situation in the area of the border between Romania and Ukraine in real time.
Residents of the Romanian border town of Isaccea witnessed the attack. The drone attacked Orlivka, where the ferry crossing between Orlivka and Isaccea is located.
The operation of the Orlivka ferry crossing is currently suspended. Measures are currently being taken to stabilise its operation.
