Putin officially confirms strikes at Ukrainian infrastructure by Russia

He claims that Russian forces are doing this allegedly in response to Ukraine's actions. 

"Now, there is a lot of noise about our strikes on the energy infrastructure of the neighbouring country. Yes, we are doing it.  But who started it? Who hit the Crimean bridge? Who blew up the power lines from the Kursk nuclear power plant?" Russian President Vladimir Putin said. 

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy denied Ukraine's involvement in the explosion on the Crimean bridge in an interview with Canadian CTV.
