President of Ukraine to address the UN General Assembly online, reported CBS correspondent Pamela Falk

101 UN member states voted in favor of a resolution that allows Volodymyr Zelenskyy to take part in the high-level week in a remote format. 

Ukraine's representative to the UN Sergii Kyslytsia noted that 7 countries had voted against, including Russia, Belarus and Syria.
