President of the European Commission praises Ukraine's progress on Membership Bid

President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen praises Ukraine's progress on the path to EU membership.
This was reported by Bloomberg.
Von der Leyen is convinced that Kyiv will eventually succeed in its membership application. "I see they’re absolutely motivated — this is a decisive moment," she commented in an interview with Bloomberg.
She emphasises that the process is based on the merits of reforms during the war and declined to give a specific timeline for Ukraine's accession to the EU.
It will be recalled that in August, Olha Stefanishyna said that by October 2023, Ukraine would fulfil all the agreed legislative and institutional requirements for EU accession.
