Polish President honours the memory of Ukrainian Insurgent Army soldiers of 1917-1921

The commemoration took place in Warsaw on August 14 at the Orthodox cemetery in Wola.
On this day, Poland celebrated the 103rd anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw in 1920. The operation is also known as the "Miracle on the Vistula". The Polish Republic could defend its independence and defeat the Soviet army. The troops of the Ukrainian People's Republic took part in the battle.
