Poland will build a fence on the border with the Kaliningrad region of Russia

The construction will start today, November 2.

The fence will consist of three rows of barbed wire used by the military around the world.

It will be the same barrier as the one on the Polish-Belarusian border, 2.5 m high and 3 m wide.
