Poland sends a thousand troops to the Belarusian border

The Polish Ministry of Defence sends another thousand troops to the Polish-Belarusian border.
This was reported by the Polish Press Agency.
Currently, in addition to border guards, there are already two thousand soldiers near Belarus.
The day before, the head of the Polish Border Guard Service, Tomasz Praga, asked to send an additional thousand soldiers to the border.
The Deputy Minister of Defence of Poland notes that the pressure on the border with Belarus is growing.
In his words, Belarusian border guards are helping migrants cross the border illegally by damaging the border dam.
