Part of the diplomats and staff of the Russian Embassy in Moldova leave the country

22 diplomats and 23 technical staff members have left the Russian diplomatic mission in Chișinău with their families.

The Moldovan media outlet NewsMaker reported this.

"The plane on which the Russian diplomats were to be taken to Moscow landed at Chișinău airport at 05:30 a.m. All employees of the Russian embassy leaving the country were taken to the airport by two buses and several cars," the report said.

It will be recalled that on July 26, it became known that the Russians had installed at least 28 special antennas at their diplomatic missions in Moldova. After that, the Communications Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova, Igor Zakharov, announced the eviction of 18 diplomats and 27 representatives of the technical staff of the Russian Embassy.
