Pantsir-S1 air defence system deployed near Putin's residence

Russians have installed the Pantsyr-S1 anti-aircraft missile system near the residence of Vladimir Putin.

This was reported by the Russian service of Radio Liberty.

The Rossiya TV channel showed a video of the construction of a new site for the Pantsyr-S1 air defence system. 

Based on the geolocation, the journalists determined that the system is located near the village of Zarechye, where these installations were deployed in January. This is evidenced by Google satellite images. 

This is just ten kilometres from Putin's residence in Novo-Ogaryovo.

It will be recalled that in January 2023, the Pantsirs were spotted near the Kremlin leader's residence in Valdai, where the Russian president likes to spend his holidays.
