Over the past few months, the US has conducted "multiple inspections" to track American weapons provided to Ukraine

AFP reports this, citing Pentagon spokesman Brigadier General Patrick Ryder.

The United States has no evidence of widespread illegal diversion of arms. Ryder added that the sites are not located near the front lines and that "inspections are not reactive" to any reports.
