On December 12, in Paris, Ukrainian photojournalists Mstyslav Chernov and Yevhen Malolietka received the Press Freedom Award

The award "for influence" was given by the international non-governmental human rights organization Reporters without Borders during the ceremony of the 30th Press Freedom Awards. The photographers documented the fighting in Mariupol during March 2022.
