Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets met with his Russian counterpart Tatyana Moskalkova

The meeting took place in Türkiye.

According to Lubinets, the parties discussed "a range of humanitarian problems and cases related to the provision of human rights assistance to the citizens of the two countries."

The Ukrainian Ombudsman also added that the parties had exchanged specific proposals regarding the provision of legal assistance.
