In temporarily occupied Sievierodonetsk, Russians are conducting "raids" on citizens who do business without registration with Russian state authorities.
The Head of the Luhansk Regional Military District Administration, Artem Lysohor, reported this.
In addition, Russians have begun making an inventory of garages in the occupied Luhansk region.
"The owners are being informed that they must urgently re-register their ownership, otherwise these properties will be demolished or expropriated," said Lysohor.
