NATO Secretary General: Russians are preparing for the continuation of the war and a possible attempt of a new offensive

Stoltenberg noted that Russia shows no signs of readiness to make concessions and does not intend to abandon its main goal of establishing control over Ukraine. This is evidenced by the so-called "partial mobilization" by the Russians.

"We need to provide support to Ukraine now, including military support, because that's the only way to convince Russia that they have to sit down and negotiate in good faith and respect Ukraine as a sovereign independent nation in Europe," said the NATO Secretary General.
