NATO and the US comment on China's "peace plan" for the war in Ukraine

According to the NATO Secretary General, there is little trust in China, as the country has not condemned Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
He also added that China signed an agreement with Russia on the eve of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
According to the US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, we can limit ourselves to the first point, i.e. respect for the sovereignty of all countries.
"My first reaction is that they can stop at the first point, which is respect for the sovereignty of all nations," Sullivan said.
