The head of the Azov patronage service, Olena Tolkachova, reported this in a comment to "Ukrainian Pravda."

"The state of our military is simply shocking. There are cases when relatives cannot recognize their loved ones," Tolkachova emphasized.

She noted that servicemen have post-concussion syndrome, numerous hidden fractures, and exacerbation of chronic diseases of various degrees. However, all those released from captivity are now receiving medical assistance, and some are already undergoing treatment and rehabilitation.

Currently, the patronage service and state authorities are working to send part of the military for treatment and rehabilitation abroad.
