Meta will not block content about the Azov Regiment - Ministry of Digital Transformation — the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov

"We agreed on this with Nick Clegg, President of Global Policy, and Monica Bickert, Vice President of Moderation Policy, during the meeting in Davos," the minister said. 

The Ministry of Digital Transformation team constantly communicates with Meta Corporation on cooperation. As a result, the Ukrainian side has already managed to unblock hundreds of accounts of the Ukrainian military, bloggers and activists. 

"I am grateful to Meta for the balanced and important decision to change its moderation policy towards Ukraine. Thanks to this, millions of people worldwide will know about the feat of the defenders of Mariupol, and Russian propaganda will lose an argument to blame Ukrainian heroes," emphasised Fedorov.
