Media: Kim Jong Un heads for the border with Russia

According to South Korean media, Kim Jong Un has travelled to the northeastern border, that is, to the border with Russia.
This was reported by the YTN TV channel.
The North Korean leader is to take part in the Eastern Economic Forum, which will be held in Vladivostok from 10 to 13 September.
Kim Jong Un is likely to meet with Putin on September 13.
It will be recalled that the White House said that North Korea and Russia's arms talks were progressing. The United States has intelligence indicating that another group of Russian officials travelled to Pyongyang after Shoigu's visit to North Korea on July 27.
Under the terms of the deal, Russia will receive weapons and possibly raw materials to help Russia's defence industry base.
In July, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un met with Russian Defence Minister Shoigu. During the meeting with Shoigu, Kim Jong Un showed a number of modern weapons.
