Law enforcement officers detained the former head of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region for treason

According to the investigation, after February 24, the man deliberately prevented the regional administration from organizing a defense. It has also been established that he voluntarily left his place of service.

He was the head of one of the regional offices of the Security Service of Ukraine until May 2022.

The sanction of the article provides for a penalty of up to 15 years of imprisonment.
