Kyiv and Taipei sign a memorandum of cooperation between the cities

"The memorandum provides for a framework of cooperation in infrastructure development, education, culture and information technology. Taipei is also considering the possibility of further assistance in the reconstruction of Kyiv," said Deputy Mayor of Kyiv Volodymyr Bondarenko. 

According to Bondarenko, the city authorities are establishing cooperation with municipalities worldwide. 

The official added that during a meeting with representatives of Taipei City, including Taipei Vice Mayor Lee Shu-chuan, they discussed several projects in infrastructure and education.
