King Charles III addressed Ukrainians on the occasion of the first anniversary of the full-scale invasion

King Charles III of Great Britain addressed Ukrainians on the first anniversary of the full-scale invasion — the press service of Buckingham Palace.

He added that the world had watched in horror at all the unnecessary suffering inflicted upon Ukrainians, many of whom he had had the great pleasure of meeting there in the U.K.

"Earlier this month, I met President Zelenskyy at Buckingham Palace to express my personal support for the people of Ukraine. It is heartening that the United Kingdom, along with its allies, is doing everything possible to help at this most difficult time," the British monarch added.
