Joseph Schulte container ship arrives at the port of Istanbul

The Joseph Schulte vessel has arrived at the port of Istanbul in Türkiye.
This is according to the data of the Marine Traffic website.
Joseph Schulte was the first vessel to use the temporary corridor for merchant ships. It was carrying more than 30,000 tonnes of cargo, including food products.
It sailed through the temporary corridor on August 16 and arrived on August 18 in the morning.
The container ship had been in the port of Odesa since February 23, 2022.
It will be recalled that the Ukrainian Navy has announced new temporary corridors for civilian vessels sailing to and from Ukrainian seaports.
