Jacob Sullivan, US National Security Advisor, arrived in Kyiv

The Office of the President of Ukraine reported this.

During the visit, Sullivan held a meeting with the Ukrainian servicemen, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valerii Zaluzhnyi, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and had a briefing with the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrii Yermak.

Sullivan said at the briefing that the US would provide financial aid and weapons to Ukraine, regardless of the congressional elections. He emphasized that he was not talking about "probable" but guaranteed support.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented Jake Sullivan with the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, II class, for "significant personal merits in strengthening interstate cooperation, support of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine."
