Italy handed over "20 to 30" M109L self-propelled artillery systems to Kyiv - the Italian newspaper La Repubblica

The weapons were transferred as part of the latest defence aid package approved by the government of Mario Draghi.

The previous aid packages included M113 armored personnel carriers, two MLRS multiple launch rocket systems and six PzH 2000 howitzers.
