Israeli forces say they struck over 200 targets in Gaza overnight

The Israeli Defence Forces said they had struck a Hamas "weapons storage site in a mosque" and "operational terrorist infrastructure used by Hamas terrorists," among other targets.

The number of Israeli deaths is currently 900. The Palestinian Ministry of Health reports 700 Palestinians killed. The Israeli army reports 123 dead soldiers.

The Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that 18 Thai citizens were killed in Israel. Also, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina reported that 7 of its citizens were killed in Israel.

The Palestinian Minister of Health called for the establishment of a safe corridor for the supply of medical aid to hospitals in the Gaza Strip, "which are now overflowing with the dead and wounded."

The Israeli Defence Forces reports that it has "regained full control over the fence on the Gaza border." The Israeli Defence Minister announced a complete blockade of the Gaza Strip. More than 2 million people live there.

The Israeli army spokesman, Lieutenant Colonel Richard Hecht, called on Gazans to leave for Egypt. The Israeli army press service clarified that the crossing point between Egypt and the Gaza Strip "has been closed since Tuesday morning."

Israeli Foreign Minister had a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. Blinken "reiterated US condolences to the people of Israel and all those impacted by Hamas' violence and reaffirmed our efforts to secure the immediate release of all hostages."
