Investigators of The Insider, Bellingcat and Der Spiegel published the names of members of a secret unit within the main computing centre of the Russian Armed Forces

The unit employs 30 military engineers who aim missiles at civilian targets in Ukraine. 

They determine flight missions for high-precision missiles such as "Kalibr", "Iskander", and X-101, which are subsequently used by the Russian military under the command of Robert Baranav to strike civilians.
